Jeff does a clear job of laying out some of the unique and sometimes confusing aspects of the compensation plan and more importantly how each of us can maximize our efforts to benefit from the philosophy behind the compensation plan. He helps everyone to understand the advancement and mentoring bonuses and just how the leadership pools work. Jeff and some of his leaders share their first 12 months efforts and what this equated to in advancement and income. They also include some great “rules of thumb” for what it takes to get to the Senior and Executive Director levels. Great info!
