Becoming an Executive Director

Jeff explains the requirements for some of the Executive Director statuses. You need to have the right mindset. You can build to Executive Director with part time business builders. You must have a system of duplication. Our system of duplication is the “Pacesetter Pack”. Those that come into this business with the 10 Kits and a Value Pack are the ones that become Leaders in this business. Mike and Kimberly Sewell’s have the mindset. The mindset for them was, based on knowing they could do it, and they listened by being coachable. Todd and JeriLyn Hatch, share with us that this business is a relation type business. This business can cause Melasomnia, which is dreaming and daydreaming of the procedures of this business. Their mindset was, sacrificing the fun things for a moment, and replacing that time with business building activities.
