Duplicating Leadership

Jeff begins by sharing the story of new Diretor IV, Karli Love. Karli is a 26 year old stay-at-home mom and has chosen to step up to be the leader in her group. She enrolled with Melaleuca in Nov, 2011 and in Mar, 2012 advanced to Director IV, just missing Director V. She has enrolled 28 customers, developed three directors AND just had a baby. Listen in to an inspiring story of what it means to step up and be the leader.

Jeff next answers the question of what Melaleuca is. We have been learning a lot on how to explain why Melaleuca is not a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) company. This can present the question, "What then is Melaleuca?” This is a great discussion on what Melalecua is in comparison.

Overcoming Fear

Jeff is joined today by Melaleuca’s newest Executive Director III’s, Mike and Kimberly Sewell. Kimberly shares her side of this journey in overcoming her fears of contacting people and doing presentations. Today she is a true leader in her own right and has become very effective at building this business with her husband Mike. They have a unique story about how and why they joined Melaleuca and what their roles were at the start – and how that has changed. It is inspiring to hear of the changes in Kimberly and what that process looks like. In her words, “It all changed when she began to live the mission statement.” Congratulations to Mike and Kimberly.
