Executive Director In Two Years Part Time

Jeff is joined today by Kerry and Kathy Buxton. They have built a Senior Director 8 business and are working hard to advance to Executive Director this month. They were Director 5 last year at convention and made a decision it was time to up their game. They met with their enrollers and Melaleuca Regional Rep right after convention last year and put a plan of action in place. This plan was designed around Kerry running a farm fulltime and Kathy teaching fulltime. Learn today from a couple that designed and executed a successful business plan around two very busy lives.

Working With Stay-At-Home Moms

Jeff is joined today by Sheena Daniels, a quickly advancing stay-at-home mom. Sheena was a Director 2 for a couple of years until one day she decided it was time to really build this business. Medical Perspective

Jeff is joined today by new team members Kelly Olsen and Cay Berg. They joined Melaleuca in Feb of 2012 and teamed up to build a business together. They each share their unique backgrounds and experiences since joining. Cay Berg, a doctor, then goes into a great discussion on what she discovered about the products and how this fits so well into her passion for helping people. Jeff trains today on how to use all of the team tools that have been created. If you are new to the team or have been around the team for some time, this is a great training on how to find and plug into the various meetings, trainings and resources available. Jeff and his team leaders have developed tools for their local team as well as for those that are spread out all across the country. Mindset For Convention

Jeff does an overview of what to expect at convention and what he recommends to maximize the experience. There will be many excellent workshops and activities and it helps to have a strategy going in. This is also a great time to meet other people starting their businesses, our team’s leaders, people we have on our teams from across the county and our company's corporate personnel. Do remember that there is a special team meeting planned for Jeff’s team on Friday.
