Developing Solid Directors

Jeff is joined by Christian Crescenzo and they share the process of building long term, solid Directors. Christian had been a customer in Melaleuca for 10 years before he decided to build a business. At that time he had to start from scratch as his father has approached everyone Christian knew. So the first step was to develop a new group of contacts. He now has 16 personal Directors, with 156 Directors in his total organization.

There is much to learn here as Christian, like Jeff, has had phenomenal success in building an Executive Director business over the last three years. The techniques taught here today will help anyone along their way. The numbers are inspiring as well!
